Very good location, central of Kadikoy where you can have access all other locations including Europe side which there are boats available for. Very nice and kind staff , appreciated. Rooms are pretty comfortable and sufficient.

You will wait every breakfast to catch this spectacular wiev from restaurant on 6th flour. It is just best to take your cup of coffee and get your sea-wiev... Nice hotel with great location. Old building with old elevator. Rooms are pretty small but comfortable. Good pressure of water. Breakfast 3* Actually, the hotel itself is 2+* or 3* Wery nice by its price for such a great location. The room bar contains beverages. Highly recommended for stay at Kadikoy. The best thing is that the hotel is located a little aside of noisy touristic streets, so you can enjoy a quiet location being close to all entertaining places, including seaside boulevard.

I like the location. 5 minutes from metro to airport or train to european side or 5minutes from ferry pier! The hotel staff is very friendly, hospitable and welcoming. The rooms are clean and ready to normal (very good) standards. AC working well. Around 4vegetables and some fruits of nice quality available for breakfast, cheeses, eggs, some warm options too, tea, coffee. Also good yoghurt and lost of cereals.Pretty sufficient for me! It was feeling like home away from home. I’d say the only downside is there is busy/noisy road very near by and cretin yelling from the mosque at 10pm and 4am. Could be a little struggle with English language, to be fair we shouldn’t expect entire world to be fluent in that…. O never felt annoying to anyone tho . Very good experience

Have had a excellent experience at Deniz Hotel, staff were very helpful and very welcoming. Room service was amazing as well as affordable. food was absolutely delicious over all it has been an amazing experience to come to Istanbul and experience turkey. Great location near shops and food places.

The rooms were too hot, the ac wasn’t working and when we complained about it they just told us to check out.

We stayed at Deniz Hotel for eight nights in October 2022. The hotel is in an excellent location, albeit always noisy. The front of house team and cleaners were hospitable. However, despite arranging early check in, our room was not available at all upon arrival — supposedly, it was also booked by ‘other people.’ Resultantly, we were given a different (cheaper) room to that we had paid for (a much smaller, single occupancy room). Naturally, our special requests were not fulfilled either. The room itself was very old (especially the dressing table — it smelled horrible too — and the bathroom), and dirty (especially the bed). Additionally, the WiFi frequently dropped out, and the breakfast was mediocre. From early hours of the morning, work was being done to the exterior of the hotel, and those workers spoke very loudly. Overall, we would not recommend Deniz Hotel.

Perfect location. 10 min from Marmaray line, 3 min from Kadikyoi ferry, 5 min from Kadikyoi shooing area full with restaurants and shops. The breakfast is very simple and same every morning but the restaurant is located on the last floor with good views. The stuff is super nice and friendly.
